AS TIME GOES BY stands behind the products we sell. If, for any
reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for an RMA #. No returns will be accepted without an
RMA #. Other restrictions might apply.
We will do everything in our power to secure and ship all ordered merchandise in a timely manner. If there are any unexpected delays,
you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your order.
Once a special order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about a particular item or items, please contact us before you place your order.
No refunds on Final Sale merchandise. Final Sale merchandise is not damaged, defective or missing anything. It is merchandise that is no longer available so once my inventory is sold, they will be removed from the web-site. Orders will be accepted in the order they are placed.
Customer satisfaction is my primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in the original shipping package. Original sales receipt must accompany the return. Return freight is your responsibility. (See Return Freight section below). No refunds are given on Custom Orders including: Embossed Graphics ~ Seasonal hand made pieces ~ Monogrammed or Embroidered merchandise ~ Worn or damaged merchandise (other than in transit to you) ~ Final Sale and Clearance merchandise as indicated.
You are responsible for the cost of your return freight unless the merchandise being returned was damaged in transit at which point you need to supply pictures of the damage. Failure to do so could prevent the issuance of a credit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package in the event of loss. If your return package is not received by us, no refund will be issued. You would then file a claim with your shipper for a full refund of your insured amount.
